Member Portal Instructions

Through the Participant Portal you can review and update personal information, transactions, and download reimbursement forms. You may also upload and submit claim and set up direct deposit. If you need immediate assistance regarding your account, please contact us at 248-204-6363 Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you. What information can I access from the Participant Portal?


When you sign into the EHIM Participant Portal you can:


  • View personal information including Balance Summary, Pending Claims Status, and Transaction History.
  • Download forms to add or change a fax number, request a replacement card, or request dependent care reimbursement.
  • Report lost or stolen debit cards.
  • Upload and submit claims
  • Set up direct deposit

How do I access my personal information?


You may access your personal information through the Participant Portal, which will allow you to login, reset your password, or create an account if you are a first time user of the system.

The first time you visit the site you will need to create an account by clicking the Create Account button. You will be prompted complete a short identification form with your Name, Employee & Employer ID (Located on your EHIM ID card or the introductory letter you received in the mail).

You will next be asked to create a password with a Security word in the event you cannot remember your password when you access the site again.

If you have an EHIM Card, your ID number is on that card.

If you do not have an EHIM Card, please contact our Call Center at 248-204-6363 and a representative will assist you in obtaining your ID Number.

The next time you enter your account, you will only be required to use your ID and Password.
