EHIM cardholders can order their prescriptions through our mail order providers, Walgreens, Prescription Solutions and Immediate Pharmaceutical Services. The mail order forms are also available for download. If you have questions about your mail order provider, please contact the Pharmacy Department at 800-311-3446.

We can customize the program to employ open or closed options. Most commonly, we limit 90 day supplies to "life sustaining medications." This list can also be customized based on specific needs of the group. The number of copays the member is responsible for with a 90 day supply can also be customized based on the needs of the specific client. Single, double, triple, and even other copay options are all available.

Mail order claims are processed daily and consecutively with retail claims. EHIM works with clients to track mail order usage and increase mail order utilization throughout the program to make sure that the employer and the members are getting the maximum benefit from the program. There is no fee for any aspect of mail order programs.
