Through the Participant Portal you can review personal information, transactions, and download reimbursement forms. What information can I access from the FSA website?
When you sign into the EHIM-FSA website you can:
- View personal information including Balance Summary, Pending Claims Status, and Transaction History.
- Download forms to add or change a fax number, request a replacement card, or request dependent care reimbursement.
- Report lost or stolen debit cards.
How do I access my personal information?
You may access your personal information through the Participant Portal, which will allow you to login, reset your password, or create an account if you are a first time user of the system.
The first time you visit the site you will need to create an account by clicking the Create Account button. You will be prompted complete a short identification form with your Name, Employee & Employer ID (Located on your EHIM Pharmacy ID card or the introductory letter you received in the mail).
You will next be asked to create a password with a Security word in the event you cannot remember your password when you access the site again.
If you have an EHIM Pharmacy Card, your ID number is on that card.
If you do not have EHIM Pharmacy benefits, you will receive your ID number in a letter.
The next time you enter your account, you will only be required to use your ID and Password.
