Mindi FynkeEHIM truly remains attractive to all of our clients because of our hands-on, high touch customer service. We refer to the extra care provided to our clients and their members as The EHIM Experience. Our program is easy to use for both our clients and our members. Clients call us and someone answers the phone. There is no automated phone maze that can be confusing and frustrating; they dial and we answer. The feedback we continue to receive from our clients is that our customer service is second to none and I think the longevity of the relationships we have with our clients’ proves this. I am proud to say many of my clients are clients that have been with EHIM for over 25 years!
